What to do:

PRAY

• Pray for the heart to lead people to Jesus.

"Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman's testimony, 'He told me everything I ever did.'" John 4:39

• Pray that your Missing Persons will recognize their need for Jesus.

"And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing" II Corinthians 4:3

• Pray that your Missing Persons will have a desire to know Jesus.

"My heart says of you, 'Seek his face!' Your face, LORD, I will seek" Psalm 27:8

• Pray that your Missing Persons will receive Christ into their own heart.

"so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God" Ephesians 3:17-19

The legendary founder of Campus Crusade for Christ, Bill Bright, once said, "I'm convinced of one thing: at least 50 percent of all nonbelievers would recieve Christ if properly approached by a prepared Spirit-filled beliver who can communicate God's love and forgiveness revealed through our Lord Jesus."  Whether we are reserved or extroverted, most of us would like to be able to effectively tell people about our faith, yet a small percentage of us experience the joy and satisfaction of leading others to faith.
